Team management tools
The tools below are tools that I’ve created to “solve my own problems” in very loose terms. These tools were created with the thought of teams I’ve worked with, but I tried to make them general enough so that anyone could use them with their own team.
DESIGN CAREER LEVELS
As this seems to be a hot topic in the Design leadership community, I thought I’d talk a bit about how I’ve approached creating career levels for the design team. The team consisted of 5 designers; of those, four were Product designers, and one was a Visual designer. The ladder predicted at the time of creation only 4 levels as that was the highest level one could get.
