My clients say...
During my two coaching sessions with Pia, I had the opportunity to reflect on behaviours that I would like to change or modify in my personal and professional life. Usually, I don’t like to take a step back and do the reflection work as sometimes it makes me anxious, but the way Pia guided me through those reflection moments was very interesting because she was able to trigger in a positive way the answers that I was looking for to start organizing my thoughts and come with an answer that would help me to take actions in the topics that Pia and I were addressing. Pia also is a very good listener and helps you to put things in perspective. I was happy to feel that Pia let me talk and talk about my stuff but at the same time, she was able to put me back on track, organize my ideas and look within my brain the thoughts that would help me to take a proper decision to make things happen. I found the sessions very interesting, and very to the point, something that I enjoy as I like to come with actions, rather than to steer the pot looking for more thoughts and answers. The fact that Pia was able to guide me in an effective way made me enjoy the sessions and the talks that we have.
Her kindness and openness allowed me to be myself and talk freely and honestly about my problems and thoughts. I found her guiding questions useful not just on the sessions but long after it I kept asking why do I do this or that? I especially like how she summarized her observations after each session. It made me feel I'm being listened to, that she really wants to help and pays attention to everything, including small details and facial expressions. Yet she is able to help to pin down fundamental points that I can write down and look back over time, so I can see progress. Thanks to these sessions, I'm already performing better at work and feel more confident in my personal life. I would truly recommend Pia to my friends and family. I find her way of coaching a very positive way of self-improvement and everyone could benefit from it. Attention = energy. And Pia gives this to me every time we talk. So thank you Pia!
Pia is a great communicator with amazing rapport building skills. She is really good at connecting with others and can easily, and within a minute, create a sense of trust and understanding. During our sessions she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, that it felt like talking with a very good friend. The session was so enjoyable that I kept thinking about the problem we were discussing even after the session came to an end, and the result of that was, unexpectedly, really inspiring and eye-opening. As a self-aware person, I had been already thinking, rethinking and analysing my problem from different angles many times and to be honest, was a bit sceptical at first - I didn’t really think that this session would bring anything new. But actually, it turned out to be really eye-opening. Inspired by Pia’s positive approach and open attitude I kept analysing my problem after the session ended and I actually found the main underlining reason for my problem (while before I thought it was a combination of many different reasons). I believe that this is what will allow me to, finally, move from the awareness phase to the implementation phase.
I enjoyed the first open and then focused environment of our conversations. I always felt that each session corresponded with my wants and needs. Pia knows how to walk the fine line between giving room to reflect in-depth and guiding the thought process. The goals we set ourselves for each session helped me with my objectives during as well as after the sessions. I can definitely recommend Pia as a coach.
It's not easy to actually take an hour or two to sit and structurally go through life situations, analysing them from different perspectives. It is emotionally overwhelming and sometimes even frustrating, as I hardly get to conclusions that I actually can apply and improve my life. My mind either wanders off or it just bombards me with negative thoughts. Having Pia in front of me, waiting for an answer to a particular question doesn’t allow my mind to skip unpleasant parts of the story and makes me analyse this particular part and give an answer, even when it is not always so easy or convenient. By listening carefully and asking on-point questions you are helping me not only with bringing some order to my thoughts and conclusions about my previous experiences but also with realising where I am right now so that I can start planning my way to my future self. So, thank you for being so awesome and helping me to become so, too.

I had the pleasure to meet Pia in a workshop early this year in London. Last June, I started looking for my first UX designer job and I felt very insecure, impostor syndrome was kicking off and felt completely lost with no one to turn to. I decided to contact Pia on slack and she was extremely prompt to help me. Pia went through my cover letter, CV and website making a thorough critical analysis, highlighting points that could be improved, offering advice, sharing her personal walkthrough in her career and experience and even her own personal portfolio. Pia is constructive in her critic feedback, relevant, giving, humble, empathic, positive and highly motivational. Afterwards, she contacted me a few times querying about progress and offering help. I felt very supported and that "I got this!" after our conversations and I got a job a few days later. I would definitely recommend her as a UX mentor and tutor. She is an inspiration for my UXD professional and personal development. Thanks Pia.
